A movement screen and a mechanical breakdown — not a bucket of drills.

  • Coach JC Ariza pitched collegiately at Tulane, Howard College and UTRGV — 57 appearances, 182 innings, 168 strikeouts.
  • Pro experience with the Rocky Mountain Vibes (Pioneer League, 2023) and the Sussex County Miners (Frontier League, 2024).
  • Every athlete starts with a movement screen and a motor-preferences assessment, so the plan fits how your son actually moves.
  • This evaluation is for pitchers. Velocity, mechanics and arm health — not a general baseball class.
  • Coach JC runs the evaluation himself and breaks the mechanics down on video with you in the room.

Wednesday evenings between 5:30 and 8:00pm. Each slot is 30 minutes and only one pitcher is on the clock at a time.

Coach JC runs a movement screen, watches your son throw, and breaks his mechanics down on video. You leave knowing what is capping his velocity and whether his arm is at risk.

No. Ages 9 through 18, every level. The screen is what tells us where he actually is — that is the whole point of it.

Nothing automatic. Coach JC tells you what he saw and what he would work on. If it is a fit, he walks you through the options.
