JC Ariza

Founder of NST

John “JC” Ariza is the founder of NST and brings a wealth of high-level pitching experience, dedicated to helping athletes optimize their strengths and develop a professional approach to the game. A Belleville, NJ native, JC’s baseball journey is a testament to perseverance, adaptability, and growth… shaped by both successes and setbacks that gave him a deep understanding of the game.

A 2018 graduate of Seton Hall Prep, JC went on to compete collegiately at Tulane University (2018), Howard College (2019–2020), and the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (2021–2023). Over four college seasons, he appeared in 57 games (33 starts), logging 182 innings with 168 strikeouts against just 78 walks, proving himself as both a reliable starter and versatile reliever.

In 2023, JC began his professional career in the MLB-partnered Pioneer League with the Rocky Mountain Vibes. He returned to the league in 2024, suiting up for the Yolo Highwheelers and Grand Junction Jackalopes. He then signed in 2025 to play for Sussex County Miners in the MLB Partnered Frontier League, where he continues his pro career today.

At NST, JC translates his experience into results specializing in pitch design, mechanics, velocity development, command, and strategic sequencing. His mission is to prepare pitchers to compete at the highest level with confidence, precision, durability, and a winning mindset.
